How Garay Company, in Lima, Peru, handles personal data on garaycompany.com, in our purchases and in our emails. Questions: info@garaycompany.com.

When you buy

PayPal or Stripe processes the payment and sends us your name, your email, the amount and the order number. We keep them to deliver your files, to send fresh links when you ask, and to keep our accounting records. We never receive your card details.

When you ask for a sample

The sample form keeps your name, company, email, country, product and trade flow, so we can prepare and send the sample and follow up about it.

When you visit

Our site counts visits to its product pages by page and by day. That count does not record who you are, and visits from robots are left out. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data.

When we write to companies

Our work starts from customs records, which name companies. We use business contact details found in public sources to write to companies about their trade. If you do not want to hear from us again, reply to any of our emails or write to us, and we stop.

Who else handles the data

Our hosting and email run on Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services, payments on PayPal and Stripe. They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Sample requests and contact details are kept while they are useful for the conversation, and are deleted when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at info@garaycompany.com what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
